Just my opinion, but March & April. Still the dry season, & not too hot at all. None of these videos do the area justice. It is breathtaking, & the Mexican people are incredibly kind and helpful. I remember the first time I went many years ago, I thought I was on drugs when I saw the water. It is almost like neon. Unreal. Oh, if you go… and you take a day trip to the ruins (almost everybody goes to Chichen Itza)… at Chichen go to IK KIL. You can youtube it. Unreal. And the water is like ice.
